Author Guidelines
WELCOME TO SPJP PRESS
Authors are invited to make a submission to this press. Those submissions considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.
Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.
An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the scope and outline of the book are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the book. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Manuscript/Chapter Submission Guidelines
- SPJ PUBLICATION (SPJP) is calling for book proposals/manuscripts across diverse educational and literary domains. It embraces all types of book proposals/manuscripts and accepts publications in English. The primary focus is on the significance and excellence of the book or book chapter content. Collaboration between authors and publishers is emphasized, with authors concentrating on content while the publisher handles layout responsibilities.
- Languages: English
- Subjects/Fields of Publishing: SPJP covers all types of academic subjects.
- Eligibility: No specific eligibility criteria, but proposals/manuscripts must contain well-organized significant content.
- Plagiarism Check, Utilizes a double-blind peer review for manuscript review. Plagiarism detection software is employed. If plagiarism exceeds the 10% limit, authors are notified for revisions. Persistent plagiarism in revised manuscripts leads to rejection.
- International Standard Book Number (ISBN): SPJP provides ISBN for published books.
- Full Book Preparation: Authors follow guidelines; publishers reserve rights to adjust layouts for standards.
- Structure of The Book: Title page, About Author(s), Preface, Dedication (Optional), Acknowledgement (Optional), Contents, Abbreviations, Chapters, References, and Index (Optional but encouraged).
- Title Page: Clear title representing the entire book content.
- About Author(s): Brief paragraph about the author(s).
- Preface: Explanation of the book, scope, reasons for writing, targeted field/audience, and contributions.
- Dedication: Optional section for dedications with the option to include photographs.
- Acknowledgements: Optional gratitude expression.
- Contents: Chapter titles with page numbers.
- Abbreviations: Mention of abbreviations used.
- Main Body/Text Body: Vital section; each chapter starts on a separate page and is cited with references.
- Index: Optional but appreciated; includes keywords with page numbers.
- Tables and Illustrations: Authors are required to identify and place tables and illustrations within the text when appropriate. They should compose concise captions that clearly describe the contents of the tables or figures, assigning Arabic numerical numbers to each table and figure. Authors must reference the table and figure numbers within the text where applicable, eliminating the need for separate mentions.
- References: Ensure that each chapter includes citations for references, numbering them according to their order of citation within the chapter, rather than arranging them alphabetically in the references section.
- Citation of Reference: Within the text, when citing multiple consecutive references, use the format [1-3]. However, if the references are not in sequence, cite them as [1, 3, 5], or when a combination of continuous and non-continuous references is present, cite as [1-3, 5, 7]. In the references section, list the references in numerical order, starting from 1.

All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another press for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
